INTRODUCTION
This Web site was created by the Idaho Meth Project and its affiliates (collectively, the "Foundation") as part of united community effort to reduce first-time meth use in teens in our state.

THIRD PARTY INFORMATION ACCESS
Any information you share here that could personally identify you will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties, unless

  1. you consent, such as when you submit your information to enter a contest;
  2. the party is an affiliate or a trusted business partner with the purpose of processing information on our behalf, or
  3. we believe in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably required by law, to enforce Terms of Service, or to protect the Foundation and its constituents from harm.

We do not track or record information about individuals and their visits, except where noted in this Privacy Policy. The third party(ies) contracted to maintain this Web site or to provide services related to this Web site have agreed with the Foundation that they will not use the information collected for any purposes beyond which they were hired. We may share with third parties certain aggregated, non-personal information, such as how many visitors clicked on a particular piece of content. Such information does not identify you individually.

COLLECTED INFORMATION AND HOW WE USE IT
Your actions when visiting this Web site determine what information, if any, we receive about you.

AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED AND STORED INFORMATION
Access to some portions of the Web site does not require you to register for an account or provide any personal information to us.

If you do nothing during your visit but browse through the Web site, read pages, or download information, we will gather and store certain information about your visit automatically. This information does not identify you directly.

We automatically collect and store non-personally identifiable information such as the following about your visit: the Internet domain (for example, "xcompany.com" if you use a private Internet access account, or "yourschool.edu" if you connect from a university's domain) and IP address (an IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Web) from which you access our Web site; the type of browser and operating system used to access this Web site; the date and time you access this Web site; the pages you visit; and if you linked to this site from another Web site, the address of that Web site.

We use this information to help us make this Web site safe and more useful to visitors. For example, we may employ software programs to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or alter information, and other malicious activities, or to monitor network traffic in order to provide reporting metrics (total Web site visits, number of page views, etc.).

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE TO US
At some point, you may choose to contact us from the Web site, in which case you should provide the personal information requested on the Web site so that we may respond to your inquiry or comment. In the case of forwarding materials to other people, you may be required to submit your name and e-mail address.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION
If you register on the Web site, we collect personal information such as your name, city and state of residence, username and password, or such other information you provide to us. In order to comply with federal laws, we require that that entrants under the age of 18 have permission from their parent or guardian to participate. We promise never to willingly or knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13, in order to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA).

Like most websites that have a registration option, we use web log files and cookies to track site usage of registered users. A "cookie" is a file placed on your hard drive by a Web site that allows it to monitor your use of the Web site. If your browser settings do not allow cookies, you will not be able to use the personalized portions of the Web site.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
Please note that we may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time, although we do not expect significant changes. We will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page.
